new and looking for someone to talk to
Thank you for your post. Today has been very difficult for me and it seems all I can do to not b/p or simply not eat. I don't know how to deal with all the stress and disapointment without turning to these things!

The thing ive learned most this past year is that my happiness had nothing to do with a number on the scale. Easier said then felt tho, but i learned that a ton of things in my life make me happy and i broke it down. My therapist suggested i start this project to remind me why i loved my life. Its project 365 but with a twist. I took a picture everyday of something that happened, something i loved, anything, but evwry day it was different. I then posted what happened that day or why it made me happy, or just what i was feeling. oddly enough it helped me alot with my eating disorder. It made me accountable for my actions and feelings, it made me deal with what was going on with me. I tried to refocus on all these other things that made me happier and it really helped. Idk if that could help you, but it was helpful for me to be able to physically see that i had a whole life not defined by my weight.
