Taking the easy way out

Today, I have tried to be positive, tried to mask my problems, pretend I am OK, when deep down I just feel like a completely broken person ready to jump and end it all. It will be better than living like this... my meltdown continues. I don't feel worthy of my life. Looking at a packet of pills, it seems the easiest way out.

I am feeling the same way and I don't even want to be touched, I am balling my eyes out!
I have more then a packet of pills including sleeping pills it is so tempting!!!

It is okay to feel that way give yourself permission today to feel shity, but get back on the horse tomorrow and start fresh there is always another day that the positive comes back. It is OKAY to feel down but don't let it bring you down for good. We are stronger than the emotion!

Your going to have to use distraction to get your head to stop feeling like this. Pick something right now in your house that you can try to do and just fixate on that until that feeling goes away for a while to give you some relief. Put an ice cube in your hand and close it and hold on to it as long as you can. Whatever it takes to put your mind off of your problems. You really need to call your provider and tell them the way you feel so they can try to help you if you can't get these awful feelings from your head. I just go to bed and call it a day and don't think of anything else. And say to myself of well tomorrow will be a better day.

Don't let the thoughts take over, It is mind over matter. Fake it to make it tell yourself that you won't let these thoughts do you in. You have come this far don't give in to these thoughts in the mean time please get help through your local clinic, make an apt, help yourself today by taking real good care of yourself. whatever you can do to soothe yourself today do it, don't let these thought win. Tell your self over and over "I am not going to let these awful feelings and thoughts today self-distruck me today when I have made so much progress in my life". just keep saying that to yourself until these awful feelings end.
